That lighter fabric makes such a difference, she never once complained about it being stiff or scratchy. The skirted bottom stayed put through the sprinkler and a nap in the shade. Rinsed it in the sink that night and it dried overnight.

My daughter wore this for a full day at the pool and no complaints about itching or rubbing, which is rare for her. The skirted bottom is cute without being fussy, and it rinsed clean easily in the sink afterward.

The fabric feels way softer and less scratchy than most swimsuits we've tried, and the skirted bottom gives nice coverage for a little one. Hand washing is a bit of extra work, but it's held up well after several rinses and still looks brand new.
